PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASING WITHIN TANGLEWOOD

All prospective buyers must complete an APPLICATION TO PURCHASE available at the offices of our property management company:

 The completed application, a check in the amount of $75.00 payable to Tanglewood Mobile Village and proof of age is to be returned to QPM.  A background check will be conducted by QPM, and the application and results of the background check forwarded to the Tanglewood Board of Directors for approval.

The Board will review the application, determine the status of monthly assessment fees and provide an approval of sale to the purchaser.  This document will be given to the purchaser at the time of orientation. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to schedule the orientation interview with someone at the office, 727-938-1793.  Following orientation, the closing can be held and the sale completed.
