Q:  What are my voting rights in the Condominium Association?
A:  Each unit is entitled to one (1) vote by the designated voter for each submitted proposal and is eligible to vote at the annual election of Directors.

Q:  What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit.?
A:  At least one (1) permanent resident must be 55 years or older.  No permanent residents under 21 years of age.  Single family use only.

Q:  What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the purchasing of my unit?
A:  Owner must submit proper documentation and qualify with Quality Property Management before meeting with the Orientation Committee Chairman and register at the Association office.  There is a fee of $100.00 required for paper work at QPM.  Letter of approval must be submitted at closing.  No renting of units is allowed.

Q:  How much are my assessments to the Condominium Association for my unit and when are they due?
A:  As of Jan. 1, 2020, the assessment will be $100.00, due the first day of each month, payable in advance.  Please print lot number on your check.  There will be a fine of 10% per annum levied if the payment is late.

Q:  Am I required to pay rent of land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities?
A:  No.

Q:  Is the Condominium Association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000.00?
A:  None

Keys to our pool and mail boxes are to be provided by the present owner.  Copy of condominium documents to be provided by seller.  A coupon book will be provided by BB&T Bank for monthly assessment.  There is a mail box in the club house for free delivery of in-park mail.  There is a calendar available for recyclable material.    Excess furniture can be donated to Hospice or the Salvation Army.  Garbage is picked up on Tuesday and Friday.  Recycleables are picked up on Wednesday.  NO BLUE BAGS!
